Meet Description:
The NCAC Quad is a closed meet that includes swimmers from MOR, NCAC, GSA and the GSC. There are two sessions to this one-day meet, 13&over swimmers in the morning and 12&unders in the afternoon. This meet is a fun relaxed way to kick off the long course season.

Meet Description:
This is the North Carolina Championships for Open Water Swimming (a lake). This meet offers a different kind of experience for you swimmer and a different kind of experience for you as a spectator as you sit alongside the lake and watch your swimmer compete. Events are broken up by age group.
Typical Sessions (Swimmer needs to be at the lake):
Saturday:
Open 5K – 8 AM
13-14 3K – 10 AM
11-12 2K – 11:45 AM
10&U 800 meter – 12:45 PM
Sunday:

This is a prelims-finals meet (swimmers who place in the top 16 will be able to swim the event again at night). Triangle Aquatics Center is the nicest pool in the state and features 1,000 seat raised spectator area with four plasma big screens hooked up to cable. The pool also offers free wireless high speed internet. This meet pits the fastest senior level swimmers against one another.
